European Sovereign Bond Protection Facility ( ESBPF )

 Luxembourg – Today the European Sovereign Bond Protection Facility (ESBPF) was launched

On 26 October 2011, Heads of State or Government of the euro area Member States agreed on two options for the purpose of leveraging the resources of EFSF. The first option will provide partial risk protection certificates to newly issued sovereign bonds of a euro area Member State

ESBPF is a company incorporated on 5 January 2012 in Luxembourg as a société anonyme.

**********On 24 June 2011.......**********, the European Council decided to establish a permanent crisis resolution mechanism – the European Stability Mechanism (ESM).
The function of the ESM will perform the same activities as the amended EFSF....

Il n´y a rien d´anodin dans ce „blabla-club“ auquel participe régulièrement bien-entendu aussi la haute finance
Et le machin UE se tappe de toute manière des lois „nationales“…… ( laicité etc )

« Dialogue ».... avec les religions, les Églises et les communautés de conviction

Instauré à la fin des années 80 par le Président de la Commission européenne M. Jacques Delors, le dialogue avec les Églises et les communautés de conviction offre la possibilité de prendre part au processus d’intégration européenne. Il est l’occasion d’un échange de vues ouvert sur des politiques de l’Union entre les institutions de celle-ci et d’importants acteurs de la société européenne.
Le traité de Lisbonne (article 17 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne, TFUE) a élevé la bonne pratique que constitue ce dialogue au rang
d’obligation juridique, consacrée par le droit primaire.

Fondement juridique........ du « dialogue »
Le traité de Lisbonne introduit expressément l’idée d’un dialogue entre les institutions européennes et
les Églises,
les associations et
communautés religieuses ainsi que
les organisations
philosophiques
et non confessionnelles (article 17 du TFUE).

The activity of the Bureau of European Policy Advisers is organised into three main policy areas : political, economic and societal.

Responsibilities
Within this framework it shall be the duty and the function of BEPA :

ESPAS ==> European Strategy and Policy Analysis System

Global trends - Horizon 2030
The 2010 EU Budget provided for a Pilot Project designed « to set up an inter-institutional system identifying long-term trends on major policy issues facing the EU. »

The European Strategy and Policy Analysis System – ESPAS, as it has been branded – constitutes a premiere in terms of both method and substance. A joint inter-institutional Task Force will ensure the political ownership and oversee the unfolding of the project.
BEPA will act as the grantmaking body, and the EU Institute for Security Studies (EUISS) – the recipient of the grant – as the hub for the preparation and delivery of final reports aimed at highlighting challenges and scenarios for the Union, horizon 2030.
